Make sure people have updated banners...

Banner code changes (all complete and updated):
Mini mall main banner changes:
Add Penny (jurnee76) as new Mini Clothing shop.
Add karmakitten17 as new Mini Food shop. (Pending Amy-approval!) Amy approval received... She can go on the banner as soon as she has at least two pages of stock visible in her shop.
Add welfarecase as new training/battledome shop
Main mall main banner changes:
Fix main banner so that Album links to Ellie again. :O
